Syrup from pine shoots is recommended for all year round, which helps to avoid the antibiotic therapy in influenza seasons. Pine has strengthening, expectorant and anti-bacterial effect. Shoots are rich in vitamin C, mineral salts and essential oils.
Pine shoots are best harvested at the turn of April and May.


They're ideal for is appropriate for tea, as a topping for pancakes, racuchy, waffles or ice cream, for direct consumption.
