Drying is the typical method of mushroom preparation, which is deeply rooted in the traditional Polish cuisine.
With a high quality of our products in mind, only fresh raw materials are used for drying, which are, directly from collection points, carefully sorted and submitted for appropriate processes so that the dried product can be of best quality possible retaining its exceptional taste and flavor.
