Black currant is rich in vitamin C, valuable minerals: calcium, iron, potassium, or magnesium and a whole range of antioxidants. In addition, valuable nutrients (organic acids, anthocyanins, pectins, mineral salts).
The currant should be freely frozen in order to be able to use individual fruits in different ways.
