Low-sugar cranberry


Cranberry is an underestimated treasure of Polish forests. It contains fibre, vitamins C, B1 and B2, mineral salts (calcium, phosphorus, copper and iodine), tannins, as well as citric and malic acid. Cranberry helps in curing caries, periodontitis, stomach ulcers, urinary tract infections, as well as heart diseases.
The harvest period of cranberry falls on the period from September to mid-November.


For meats, especially venison, cheeses Camembert, ice cream.
